Inspired by Hakuba, Made for Hong Kong
Lounge Hakuba takes inspiration from the snowy charm and relaxed hospitality of Hakuba, Japan. Designed as a Japanese alpine lounge experience, the space blends cozy ski-lodge warmth with Mid-Century Modern character — creating a place for coffee, dining, drinks and meaningful gatherings throughout the day.

Small things, done warmly.
Soft lighting, wood, fabric, and people who remember your name.
Food that feels familiar and dishes worth coming back for.
A room designed to make conversation feel easy.
The mood of a Hakuba lodge, reimagined for Hong Kong.
From the first coffee to the last cocktail — same warmth.
Mid-Century Modern character with a slight retro wink.
Considered ingredients, considered drinks, considered service.
Hospitality that feels personal, not performative.

From the slopes to Jaffe Road.
Lounge Hakuba began as a feeling — the easy warmth of returning to a wooden lodge after a long day on the slopes, where the fire is on, the kitchen is open, and friends are already gathered around a table. We wanted to bring that feeling to Causeway Bay.
What we built is part café, part restaurant, part lounge — a single space that shifts gracefully from morning coffee to late-night cocktails, always with the same comfortable, social spirit.
